Sessions are held in person in my comfortable therapy room in York city centre, or online, via secure link. We can schedule a regular session, day, and time, or where possible I can be flexible to suit your circumstances.
I offer a free introduction call (about 20-30 minutes). A gentle first step towards finding the right support and and to share what's bringing you to therapy right now.
