Who is it for?
Women in midlife who are exploring autism, ADHD or AuDHD - whether self‑identified, awaiting assessment, or recently diagnosed - and want a gentle, structured way to understand themselves.
It’s for those feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, unsure what’s “ND” and what’s “me”, and wanting clarity without committing to long‑term therapy.
How it will help?
By the end of the four sessions you will have language for your experience, greater understanding and clarity about what ND means for you, some tools for regulation and better sense of who you are beneath years of coping.
This programme focuses on understanding your patterns first. Practical tools are introduced gently and tailored to your needs, but this is not a productivity or skills‑training course

A personalised exploration of your sensory, emotional, cognitive and behavioural patterns - helping you understand what supports you, what drains you, and what you need to feel grounded.
