Working with me

My approach is warm, relational and unhurried. You don’t need to arrive with everything figured out - you can come exactly as you are. You don’t have to hold everything together here. You’re not failing; you’re changing, and we make sense of that together. I support autistic, ADHD and AuDHD women in midlife, including those who are late‑identified, burnt out or navigating the impact of peri‑menopause on their neurodivergence. I understand how years of masking, coping and pushing through can take a toll, and how disorientating it can feel when everything that once “worked” suddenly doesn’t. My lived experience informs my work, but doesn’t lead it. I bring a grounded understanding of the sensory, emotional and relational challenges many ND women face, alongside the professional training to support you with clarity, steadiness and respect. While neurodivergence may be part of your story, it isn’t the whole story, and therapy with me doesn’t have to focus on it unless you want it to. Many of the women I work with come because they’re navigating big emotional or life transitions: relationships shifting, burnout, identity changes, parenting pressures, grief, self-worth, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the pace and demands of midlife. Your neurodivergence is always honoured and understood, but our work is centred on you; your life, your needs, your values, and what feels supportive right now. Online sessions take place over Teams. 20 - 30 minute intro call / Teams meeting: Free Online Sessions: Weekly: Daytime (before 5pm) 50min: £65 Evening (after 5pm) 50min: £70 Fortnightly: Daytime (before 5pm) 60min: £75 Evening (after 5pm) 60min: £80 Payment is by bank transfer, and is due 48 hours before the session.

Online sessions can be especially supportive if you’re navigating: sensory sensitivities, peri‑menopause fatigue, burnout or overwhelm, parenting demands, limited time or energy Online therapy allows you to: * avoid travel, waiting rooms and sensory unpredictability * regulate your environment (lighting, temperature, movement, comfort) * manage energy more easily * access therapy from anywhere in the UK * feel safe in your own space For many midlife ND women, online work reduces pressure and increases emotional capacity.

Navigating Midlife Neurodivergence Support

If you’re feeling lost or unsure where to begin with therapy or your own neurodivergence, I also offer the Navigating Midlife ND Support package. This is a four week programme that explores neurodivergent life, such as understanding your ND profile, sensory & nervous system regulation, executive function, relationships and boundaries. Many people find this gives them language, grounding and clarity that make the deeper parts of therapy feel more accessible. The sessions can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly, are 60mins each and the four week package costs £360 (paid before sessions begin - payment can be made in 2 instalments if required).
