Welcome to Navigating Life Therapy, I'm Sarah
How I can help you find calm and self trust

You might be the one everyone turns to - dependable, organised, and caring. But inside, it feels like you’re always carrying too much. You lie awake thinking about what you forgot to do, worry about letting someone down, or feel guilty when you finally take time for yourself.

Many of the women I work with describe living with a constant hum of self-criticism or tension. It’s not that they don’t cope - they over-cope. They take on more than their share, until anxiety, exhaustion, or self-doubt start to take over.

Therapy offers space to pause and understand what keeps you feeling so responsible. We explore how early experiences, unspoken family rules, or nervous system patterns have shaped your instinct to keep everything together.

Our work isn’t about becoming less caring - it’s about including you in the care you give so freely to others. As you begin to notice your needs and limits with compassion, the guilt softens, and life starts to feel more balanced and real.

Over time, clients often notice they:
• Feel less pressure to hold everything together
• Speak to themselves more kindly
• Worry less about others’ opinions
• Feel more comfortable saying no
• Begin to rest without guilt
• Trust themselves to make decisions from a steadier place

If you recognise yourself in these patterns, therapy can be a place to breathe, untangle, and come home to yourself again.

You're welcome to get in touch if this feels like the right time to get started.
